Delete your account

ScorePuppy is made by BraindAI Pty Ltd. You can delete your data at any time.

In the app

• Account: Settings → Delete my account or data. Your email, sign-in and settings are deleted. If you play in a league, your games and stats stay in its history as "Former player", without your name, nickname or photo. Under-18s you look after are deleted completely; adults you look after become "Former player". Leagues you own are handed to a moderator, or deleted if there isn't one.
• Paid plan? Deleting your account does not cancel a Club or Club Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or you'll keep being charged.
• A player you look after (for example your child): Settings → My player profile → the player → Remove. This also disconnects their phone.
• No account? If you only joined leagues with a code, Settings → Delete my account or data deletes this phone's data too. Uninstalling the app alone doesn't delete it from our servers.
• Your player profile and stats: Settings → My player profile → Leave this team → Ask to delete my profile (the team's staff decide), or ask the league organiser.

By email

Can't use the app? Email hello@scorepuppy.com from the address on your account (or tell us the league and player name), and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your email address and sign-in, your phone's notification token, the leagues you follow, your "Are you playing?" answers, under-18s you look after, and the names, nicknames and photos on your other player profiles.
• Kept: league results and team scores, because they belong to the league's history, for as long as the league exists. Games keep their scores, without the removed player's name. Records we must keep by law (for example purchase records held by Apple or Google) follow their own rules.
• Deleting your account or removing a child isn't recorded in the league's activity log, so it can't be undone; earlier log entries about you are deleted too. Other league changes stay in the activity log for up to 30 days.
